We are pleased to offer this opportunity to non-Shed Members (of any sex) to learn the basics about tools and simple home maintenance, etc. Our course will run over three consecutive Friday afternoons from August 28, 2026, ending on September 11, timed from 1 pm to 4pm, and will broadly encompass the following subjects (others might be included on request, time permitting!):

• Basic description of "handyman" tools (manual and electric) & their uses including hands-on experience.
• Fillers etc., Paintwork repairs, Hanging Paintings etc.,
• Plumbing, Roof & Guttering, Basic Reticulation.
• Tiling, Wood Finishes, Leaky Windows

The cost of the course is $90.00 per person which includes afternoon tea on each of the three afternoons and covers any materials used. You can book for a friend but must make a separate booking for each attendee (preferably in you guest's name!).

Guidance the Shed reserves the right to take photographs of attendees during course sessions, which are used for promotional purposes.
